Sport
Our 25m 6 lane indoor heated swimming pool is available to hire by the hour. This is available throughout the year We can also offer residential swimming training camps, swimming lessons and even kayak lessons; for more details don’t hesitate to contact us.

Music
The Music department is housed in the Thomas Beecham Music School adjacent to the Chapel. Comprising of 5 practice rooms; a song room; a library/workroom; 10 Boston pianos; a music technology studio equipped with the latest recording, sequencing and editing software; a computed suite comprising 10 computers equipped with Sibelius 4 and the Beecham Room; a large teaching/performing room, it is a welcoming hub of music and entertainment.

Accommodation
There are nine Boarding Houses at Rossall. The majority of houses possess beautiful, Victorian architectural features; others are much more modern in design. A rolling programme of investment ensures that accommodation at Rossall is constantly being improved and updated. Each Boarding House has its own character. All Boarding Houses have common rooms for relaxing and House gatherings and simple, safe cooking facilities for making drinks and snacks.
A House Computer with internet access is currently provided in each House common room. Individual study bedrooms are comfortable and well maintained with enough space for a wardrobe, drawers, bed, desk and chairs. While the majority of the rooms are singles, some Houses also incorporate a few shared rooms.

Astronomy
Lawrence House Astronomy and Space Science Centre is a unique educational project. It is currently the only establishment in England dedicated purely to the teaching of astronomy. The Centre offers people of all ages and all levels the chance of an introduction to astronomy – an opportunity for them to become enthused and enthralled with this amazing science.

We have a 50 cover restaurant/café on site at Rossall School, and outside of term time this can be used for functions/parties.
Dining Hall
This lovely historic hall is available for all your function requirements. It can seat 160 people comfortably and there is a selection of menus to choose from for your particular function.
Big School
This ancient building is the theatre or assembly hall section of Rossall School. It can seat up to 350 people when laid out in theatre style with tiered seating. It can also be used for indoor events; such as exhibitions.

Childrens' Parties

Why not use our fantastic facilities to host a fabulous birthday party for your child?
Rossall Birthday Parties are held as follows: Saturdays 2pm—4pm or 4pm—6pm
Sundays 12 noon—2pm, 2pm—4pm or 4pm—6pm
How much? Only £11 per child!
Price includes: 45 minute swim in our 25m heated indoor pool (use of armbands, toys and changing facilities free of charge) supervised by a qualified lifeguard at all times Followed by a delicious children’s party buffet in Mondo, our on-campus restaurant
How many children per party? We ask for a minimum of 10 children, and a maximum of 30. Each party group must provide one adult for every 10 children.

Drama
The performance areas on campus include Big School, a 350–seat venue boasting modern lighting and sound systems situated in the heart of the Square, and the Museum Theatre, a smaller more intimate venue situated along the Main Drive.
